Yeah I think it is F wing. Saw a bike back there a couple of weeks ago. I just wasn't sure if anything had changed. Nobody in the parking office seemed to know about this though, but they did say parking would be free as long as I'm not taking up a spot.

When i used to work there I parked which ever lot was empty.. I mean I had a Parking card with me but I never had to use it.. The wooden parking board is way too short and never reached across.. So I just rode right passed it everyday...I'm not sure if they changed that thou. This was a year back..
 
There is space for motorcycles between the Odette Cancer Centre and the A wing building of the hospital. If you enter Sunnybrook grounds by the south traffic light, you will see several motorcycles parked by the bike rack on your right.
