Gulf oil racing colours, or did you pick them on your own?

I've always loved the particular color of the Ford GT40 in the Gulf Livery. So I decided to use it as my inspiration for the R6. I couldn't find the exact matching colors in a rattle can but fortunately Canadian Tire had Krylon paint that looks relatively similar. It actually turned out better then I thought when done for the second time.
I highsided back in May at SMP not 24 hours after the first spray went on (paint was barely dry). Good thing it wasn't a real paint job...

Naw there were only a few people I was faster than in the morning and then by the end of the day I guess they found more speed than I did and they were passing me. Either that or they were just warming their tires in the morning!

There was just the kid on the little 2 stroke (Vu?) who was slower than me.
