Suit tailoring

Your gloves and liners aren't custom items. They're rack items.. You have to store them somewhere. Might as well be a modest place, perhaps a second floor walk-up in the camping store district? My first store was a second floor walk-up on Yonge street. Didn't even have a window. It was the 90s so rent was cheap. $400 a month, street level on west side of Yonge was $1000+. Might be different now heh.

As for the sponsorships, I have no knowledge of how it works. But if the riders are ok with it, maybe you could still sponsor under the new name?

And there is business modeling 101, niche market with 4mth season, and then a corner of the niche, leathers and race gloves. (That cruiser market has more disposable cash) VS. heated gear, dog walkers, postal workers, construction, sportsman, outdoor airport workers, municipal work, power line workers. Its got lots of players , but there is lots of opportunity. Now start to research cooling gear and cover the summer months, its going to be as big a market as heat. Best of luck Jimmy.

Assassin,

Did you everhear from Jennifer - would beinteresed I contacting re new jacket to match pants Ivan mad for me number of years ago

Hey, sorry for the delay, I don't look around here much in the winter I guess! I spoke with Jennifer a few weeks ago, she's recovering from a broken hand in December and she should be done in therapy I think. She's got a few sets of my leathers that she'll be able to finish soon. She said for me to probably wait till spring to pass out her number because she's got a few jobs to get through and her new shop at home is getting finished (no heat). Bug me soon and I'll put you on to her.

As Team Squids for Kids, we have had the same experience dealing with Jimmy at Velocity. Great service, an open mind, and always helpful. As ZX600 said, even though he is going to be leaving the leathers market, he made sure to let us know that he will continue to help us out this season- he is a stand up guy in my books!
