With the stretch on those tires, I don't think you can pass safety to get it licensed. There are other issues too (turn signals appear to be missing, no taillight, no license plate mounting location, etc, etc)Log into Facebook

They say a photo is worth a thousand words. It's even more true in a situation like this. If they can't even be bothered take/post representative photos I tend to think they're hiding something.
