Those are possibilities. If he just wants the loan clear, in a strange twist, the bike will be cheaper in the spring than it is now. I don't expect him to understand the ridiculousness of that.
What is his financing rate over 4 years? 7%?

He financed delivery too and maybe the first service. He never says when he bought it. Maybe there haven't been any loan payments yet.

I just want to know if these people actually believe their ads makes sense. If this person had seen this ad at the time of their purchase, would they have bought???
I figure these ads are a product of desperation. They bought the bike during the COVID price escalation and took the financing option with a minimal down payment like they do for nearly everything they buy. Then at some point they realize they're in WAY over their head and put something up for sale at a nonsensical price because they really don't understand what they were doing in the first place.
