Looks really clean, check to see the tires arent super old, and there arent fuel/gas tank rust

Why not? I got a similar yet better deal on a 2014 cbr1k rr, had less than 4k km. No one is buying SS these days because of insurance. Sellers have no choice but to price it low.
2009 R1s were going for 8k just couple months ago. Low kms too

Also, I'm aware that a rebuilt brand=not allowed on the street here in Ontario, what about Alberta? Would it still be limited to parts or track use only?
