I have 2 small LED clusters (1.5" x .75", 8 bulbs each) that are on either side of my plate that flash with the brake light on.
I was worried about the legal aspect so I asked about 15 Metro, 6 Durham, and 4 O.P.P.
All said that they would NOT ticket me as they thought it was a good idea.
York region pulled me over and told me if I could disconnect the lights before he was done checking my paper work he would not ticket me BUT if he ever saw me again, ticket would be issued.
Hit and miss I'd say.
