Streetsville Sunday Rides

hey good meeting a few riders this morning plus seeing one that hadn't seen all summer... as we talked about this is how it was done in the old days, old school superbike styles back in my track day in July :D

You're to young for SS (insurance is going to kill you). I'll offer you my 6th Gen. VFR800 (much lower insurance). Bigger - better for you (you are big guy arn't you?). And she can take you for much longer trips then RR (think gas tank and the sitting position, not talking even about side and/or top case/s).

Yes you're right. If I had not looked on Saturday weather forcast I could've taken my wife to the beach yesterday and go for the ride with you guys today. But, I did listen (stupid me) and I had to drive (no complains, we had a good time) to Chrystal Beach instead of riding (maybe there too). Glad to hear, that you guys had a good time as well.

anyone going to cayuga tomorrow? i think i will go and abuse my clutch a bit. never been down the drag strip before, should be fun.
 
I would like to ride Sunday but,....ya know I have a fear of rain and the forecast is calling for some so, ....i will make a call closer to Sunday
 
Might make the call late sat nite or early sun am.
I would like to hit up the Blue Mountain area....how bout it?
 
We shall see closer to Sunday. I might be going away on Sunday so I'm not sure.

Wow, just realized that I posted this on Saturday night lol.

Right now the radar aint looking so hot, but I will check in the morning. If it's clear I will be at the meet spot for the usual time.

don't see any rain here now but roads are wet...I'm out for a 10:00 ride.

BUT,...I will ride today when the roads dry up.

Lots of rain here in Oakville - damm, would have been nice to finally connect on one of these Streetsville rides ---

Maybe another time
 
Well I got out for about 15 mins today , around 2:30, then started to to hit on by a light drizzle , north of O'ville, so I pulled a 180 and managed to get back in my cozzy garage before the downpour started again.

A light drizzle is hapennin now so ....I think my ride for the day already happened!
I'll get out 2morrow for a blast and look foward to Tues nite Burito Boyz.
