If you take the fuel out of it, can it not be legal? Isn't the critical issue flammables in the condo unit?

Thanks guys... Abus top of the line chain and level 25 disc lock both which were off as i got home late and forgot to lock. Somebody had to be monitoring as it was always locked down. To top it of f the dirty low lives took a scooter cover that was sitting on top of it... How low can you go.

Anyways what goes around comes around. Im a strong believer of karma

I suppose that would make it legal but I think motor vehicles are not allowed to be inside a condo.

you're right, it was being watched.
If it was always locked, what are the chances they stole it the one time you didn't lock it.
Maybe security had something to do with it? I remember TAFB saying security played a role in the theft of his bike..
