Yeah, I had a great time yesterday too...pace was great, company even better.

Weekday ride or come to Pennsylvania!
I want to do a run out to GP Bikes again soon. If you are home in time from work we can do a run out that way and check out Baldwin St Burgers at the same time.

My physiotherapist said cycling would be good for me. I'm just motor cycling thats all.

Im into that but lets take the lambo , hemiroid or challenger instead, then we can carry more stuff back... I can do Wednesday anytime during the day...text me

Rooms are booked at Wingate by Wyndham in Ellicottville for three nights, they have a really nice fitness center just to speed up your recovery. No problem with you cycling, when we go riding! You can bring your Crocs too.........they have an indoor swimming pool!
Sarah wants to help you too with your recovery, and there is only one condition! You have to wear a highland dress to the gym,just like their friend Paul Hunt would...
