Statefarm going to cancel my insurance what can i do?

Also, as per other threads on this forum, ***if i read it correctly*** laser is hard to convict for a bike. can someone back me up here? fight the ticket OP

I can confirm that SF doesn't automatically check your abstract. I had two speeding tickets and changed both my wife's and my car just 3 months ago and my car and bike premiums stayed the same as prior to the tickets. So even in changing cars they didn't look at my file. I got my third ticket today so I'm worried now. I'll probably have to fight this one but I have to see if I have a solid case and if it's worth it based on the circumstances.

Your premium stayed the same because SF allows forgiveness for 2 tickets. It raises insurance at 3. Look at your renewal closely it should show how many tickets you have. They check.

Stop getting tickets is the best advice of course. But he is in deep like some of us already.

You also have 1,762 posts, and an undisclosed amount of tickets and snappy sass. All the more convincing.

I have a few more posts, and 0 tickets right now. I haven't had snappy sass for 50 years.

Juggling tickets, fighting tickets etc is a short term fix.
In the long term, one must change their driving style to minimize tickets.
Whether one needs to simply slow down, quit riding for a period or take a course is something that can be done for the long term. If one concentrates on the short term, eventually the choice will be made for them.

Sadly, there are some in the GTA who shouldn't be on the road, and short term fixes tend to benefit them, as well as, yourself, since they may be able to file for an 11b. Since this is the only way that we seem to have of getting bad drivers off of the road that doesn't involve them killing themselves, I'd like to help it work rather than try to circumvent it.

With experience one will find out how much the limits can be pushed, but if you've crossed the line too far, it's time to pull waaay back and reassess.

What keeps me at ease is that I know of people who have had 4 tickets( in some cases 4+) and State farm never checked their abstract in years. Unless you change the vehicle or add another to your existing insurance, they are very unlikely to check it.

Yes this is correct, don't change policy or add other vehicles for the next 3 years. There's a reason why I don't buy another car but keep pumping money $$$ on my old minivan when it breaks down.
