Spring!

Which 600 did you have in mind?

-Jamie M.

2013 or 2014 CBR600RRA, depending on when I purchase and if I can talk them down a bit on the MSRP (assuming I buy a 13 once the 2014s are out vs sooner).

I got to hand it to you, you really have got the most out of your CBR250R. She was a great first bike, and there are days when I miss tossing it around.

I love these springs threads... makes it feel like spring is closer than it actually is.

Given what I'll probably get back I'd keep it as a second, but my situation doesn't really allow for it. Given I'll likely keep it for most if not the coming season, I'll likely have around 12,000-15,000 on the little girl before she goes to her next home.

Now with that said, if a Honda dealer will let me test the new 600 with only a M2, I'll likely be in the sales office talking numbers immediately afterwards lol (I have the cash for the bike already as it was part of my 'Nissan 370Z' fund before I decided to get into bikes instead and keep the V6 Accord -- I just want to try the 600RR first).

Winterization? What's that...

I see you got an aftermarket can of monster energy there LOL what's that !

I'm hoping the first weekend of April I'll be on the dirt bike. Street bike not likely until May... I won't have the time before that due to work, plus our winter up here lasts a bit longer and the roads get more sand/salt than down there.

**** spring. We haven't had proper winter yet. Ullr owes me a few feet off snow.

Come up north a few hours... I swear the average temp has been below -20 for the last month... And there has been so much snow that I wish my sled trailer wasn't buried with the sled in it so I could go for a rip. I'm ready for the winter to be over!

Plus I just washed the truck yesterday and woke up to more friggin snow and wet roads lol.

Any good mountains up there?
Wanna pull me around with your sled?

Went storm chasing in NY last weekend. Got the short stick. Could have used my GS skis by 9:15. Headed to whisler this week. No storms in sight. FML.

No mountains here... Powerlines give some decent terrain here and there, Quebec has some good off trail stuff.
I haven't hit a hill or been on the sled at all this winter...

I'd give GP Bikes a try. If you ride in, and don't look like a kid just lookin to pull wheelies (dunno how they could tell that's what I wanted to do!), they'll let ya take something for a ride :)

I might bring her home from storage next month and go for a short ride or two, weather permitting. But I suspect it'll be April or May before I'm back to commuting daily.
