Spot the wrong ?

I don't see a stop sign or line for the Cadillac but the minivan is crossing right across it's nose.

Oh, and there's a loose caliper bolt on the red EX500 across the street.

If Afelo took it because of that black ninja that's parked nose in, that parking position is actually correct since the road was in fact sloping away from the direction of the handlebars/foot pegs. Some bikes were practically in a neutrally erect position. It would have been one nasty domino. Nevertheless, what's wrong in the pic is everybody else's parking on that side of the street including mine lol

Here's a pic of my buddy's KTM last weekend at GB.It didn't handle very well.

Quote from Mike regarding the incident.
"It's a Honda RS250 GP chassis with a KTM 600cc single motor mounted in it. If you look at the picture & inside the spring, the shock shaft or rod is missing. Somehow it just broke off and then promoted some first rate handling issues. Go figure...."
It's the white bodied bike in the middle of our pit.Too bad it and the TZ250 broke. They are really fast at GB.

Hey, seeing this KTM powered bike brings up something to my memory.

I remember seeing a kit to take a 450 motocross bike (I think only Yamahas or Kawasakis) and putting on some shrouds, clip ons, changing the rear body work and making them in to "SS" styled track bikes? What happened with those?

Man I want one of these... How quick was he down the straights? I know the gearing would be drastically different from what I have in the dirt.

Go out, get a used up 5 year old kxf450. Rebuild the motor, and while the motor is out clean everything up on the frame. Suspension will need to be re-valved and sprung, so it doesn't matter if it's leaking when you but the bike. The handle bars don't matter as you get clip ons anyways. It would be a fun winter project, and I imagine a blast on the track! Light weight, quick and tough!
