Hey blue rider do exact does the remote have to be pointing at the iPod? If I had it in my pocket would I have to point it at my chest if the phone is in my breast pocket? 6 bucks sounds too good to be true !

Op I have a 2nd gen (I think) nano that I hang from my belt loop. I set the volume before starting the bike. If I want to switch tracks I just reach down And click. But it sounds like your device is better. Why not just put phone in pocket?

I have the 5th gen nano in my breats pocket and the remote is pointing towards the sensor that is plugged into the bottom of the nano. It does have it's draw backs example that it has to be facing the sensor but for under $ 10 you really cant expect great quality. i like it because when some one wants to talk I dont have to take my gloves off and dig through my pocket to turn down the volume.

like i said it's a cheap little toy and you can't expect to much for the amount of money you spend.
