Speeding 53km over ticket!!

I almost got busted early in the summer while in the cage, it dropped from a 60 to a 40 zone( yes they still have 40 zones) and I was clocked at 86 km/hr. now look at that, 86! thats nothing!
I made my court date which i still havent received a summons for, but im still hiring redline for this ticket even though it wasnt 50 over.
 
I assumed that becasue the prosecutor had already planned to offer me a 49 over ticket instead. he said it would be hard to convict someone of stunt driving, an so he made it seem as if its a regular thing to do..reducing the ticket to 49 over.

Depending upon when this happened, it might have been the case then. In the last 9 months, or so, Crowns have received marching orders to let fewer people make such deals.
