walk if off man.... walk it off
A call to the police won't do anything. Hell even GoPro evidence and I doubt they'll do anything. At least a beat down will give OP peace of mind and keep that dick of the streets for awhile. Just think what could've happened if it were a first time highway cyclist.
Let's test your theory.
If I win you give me $500 and if you win I will give you $1k.
So the test will be you ride on the 401 doing wheelies and cutting in and out of traffic.
I will do 120kmh in my car and I want you to pass me at 160kmh+.
I will video the entire thing with GoPros then provide it to the OPP.
If nothing happens you get $1k but if something does result then you pay me $500.
Shall we play a game...

But that's not the situation he was in. Some *** hat cager swerved in front of a motorcycle on a single lane off ramp. Unless a cop witnessed the incident himself, I doubt they will follow up to a complaint.

I really hope you're just trolling.

There are many situations where it's partially a rider's fault (despite it lawfully being the driver's fault) that an accident occurs. However, there are a few close calls I've had (cars coming out of plazas that don't look both ways, or random lane changers) where there is almost nothing I could have done. In those cases, I think it's correct to remind the driver that it is not okay to accidentally maim or kill a rider because their kids are out of order, they're on their cell phone, or whatever other distracted driving is going on.
Beat down, break the mirror, break their windows, you pick it. Forget about being passive aggressive. It takes a lot to piss me off but if some dick wad is going to cut 3 lanes across 404 when it merges to 401/dvp and almost hit my gf, you bet I'm going to break something.
P.S. I have never broken anything and am a very nice/passive rider that ignores ******* cagers.
So if you're lane splitting / filtering, is it OK for me to remind you that you can't do that by blocking you? Possibly causing you to crash?
1. He has a Mercedes so it's cool. They actually go through intensive training post-purchase for this exact scenario. Execution must be perfect.
2. It's Toronto, so that's cool too.
3. 130 isn't that fast on a bike, so you could also rip past him, cut him off and break check him. If the Merc is newer it has that retard technology that stops them from getting up people ***** and reacts pretty fast when you cut them off. Get a rear facing camera when testing these results to witness eyeballs nearly hitting windshields.
we are a nation of apologetic peoples!
We cuss each other but still say sorry!
