Sorry to the Mercedes ML350

This is an apology to the idiot on the 427 northbound lane who decided to pass me on the merge lane as I'm exiting last Saturday. Sorry, you did not signal. Sorry you were in such a hurry that you had to gun it to 130k to pass. Sorry you didn't have the room to pass on the left as any reasonable person would have done. Sorry if I almost became a dent on your door. Sorry, I should known better than to be on the road with Neanderthals like you. I'd like to invite you have a coffee with a few of my riding friends here so we can understand the finer points of your driving.

Must be really angry to post a few days late

Is this scenario out of the ordinary?

LOL very Ontario way of driving. On the way back from Ohio few days ago, was doing the speed limit on the I90E through PA and just having a nice relaxed drive as the yanks seem to be much less prone to speeding like idiots. At 130km+ a black SUV with Ontario plates flies past me... 10 mins later I see him on the side of the road with a state trooper standing by his window... I couldnt help but laugh my *** off. In the 4hr drive from Cleveland to Buffalo that was the only car to fly past at that sort of speed. I seriously think this Province has some of the most aggressive/worst drivers in the world.

Next time copy his license plate and follow him. Then setup a surprise beat down.

I'm sorry I opened this thread. I'm sorry for such a lame reply.

That's the sorriest post I've read all day.

You are forgiven my Son

The right thing to do would be to remember his license plate number, pull over, report his *** and let karma handle the rest. A "surprise beat down" is only going to get the driver to a hospital and the OP to a jail cell. Why even bother making such a silly comment?

we are a nation of apologetic peoples!

We cuss each other but still say sorry!:p

Damn. Got nailed doing similar speeds on a group ride weekend in Pennsylvania last summer. Still trying to pay off my $40 ticket.

A call to the police won't do anything. Hell even GoPro evidence and I doubt they'll do anything. At least a beat down will give OP peace of mind and keep that dick of the streets for awhile. Just think what could've happened if it were a first time highway cyclist.
