Okay now I know what happened. You parked outside of where the arrow for paid parking is pointing. The arrow for the Green P street parking is pointed to the right, you must've parked to the left of the sign in that angled space meant for cars to pull into the street. Some parking officers are sticky about that and will ticket you for parking outside the signed area. Technically it's the wrong ticket. The no stopping (not parking) between 3:30-6:30 refers to the area beyond the inset parking spots to the left. So if you were parked directly in front of the streetview SUV, you still be in the inset parking spot but beyond the arrow. Take it to the MTO office and argue that you received the wrong infraction.
What he said. But it's a parking ticket, those don't go to the MTO, and neither do traffic tickets for that matter.
Parking tickets go to parking tag operations. 3rd floor at metro hall.
Bring a copy of the ticket. and print out that picture from google street view so you can show them exactly where you were parked. You have have been past the sign, but you were still in the recessed parking space. Chances are they will just toss it. Unlike traffic tickets, they have the discretion to toss tickets without it going to a JP or anything like that.
