Soaked my jacket to ****

just take a towel and dry it, and then hang it somewhere. get some mink oil and apply after dry.

Thanks, will this remove all the wrinkles?
For the wrinkles I rub it good with Saddle Soap, kinda massage them out (they sell it at horse places, greenhawk, etc.)

You can get neatsfoot oil at Tandy Leather in Scarborough or Mississauga. I use saddlesoap for cleaning, but it isn't really a conditioner. Mink oil is thick and leaves a slipper coating. I guess it's Ok for boots. Ditto for Dubbin. Heat mink oil and dubbin up with a hair dryer so it soaks in well, then wipe the excess off. I prefer Lexol.

This. I left dubbin on my one jacket over night. Cleaned it thoroughly the next morning and it came out perfect.

Dry leather slowly, and there should be no damage. I try to hang mine on a properly shaped hanger when its wet, to keep the shoulders in shape. Hang it above a floor register so it gets a flow of air moving over it. May take a day if its really soaked.

I use some kind of leather treatment once a year, that's all you need on good quality leather.
