So... Ragu has been charged...

It's definitely the government's fault that my coffee is cold, for sure. It's all those damn enviro regs, and the printing of money makes hydro costs go up, and corporate taxes mean Timmies can't afford nice thick coffee cups.

Name your grievance, and I'll tell you why it's the government's fault.

if you got caught going 20 over 3 times. does that become stunting?

herp derp.

...I seriously just choked on my drink - you sir, owe me a new keyboard.

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

LOL...this coming from the same people who blame Asia for the lack of jobs. Same people who blame the middle east for high oil prices. Your blaming the wrong folks. Stop complaining about everyday negatives against groups who are not really to blame.

Actually this guy is funnier than I could ever be.

I imagine he put in a false insurance claim for over $5000. Never mind the $500 he tried to shake Sham down for.

DING DING DING DING DING...and the award goes to...BUSABOB...found this snippet in the Star...

"On March 2, OPP charged Yogarajah with fraud over $5,000, public mischief and attempted fraud. Woodford said the fraud charge resulted from an insurance claim being made after the incident."

i forgot that he had tried to put a claim through his insurance after the incident...OPP got wind of it and did their work...

Hey Ragu, you brought this on yourself...if you are scared for your families safety you shouldn't have been such a ****** in the first place, hope you forever learn your lesson, alas this will not be true and i'm sure this isn't the last we'll hear of him...

Wow. Just wow. I didn't think that a scammer would be dumb enough to put in a multi-thousand dollar claim, for something that was witnessed and (presumably) reported by an officer.

He probably put it in immediately after the incident not knowing that it was going to go viral. But then again, he doesnt seem very bright and could have put it in after the fact.

I guess if there were still any holdouts on Ragu's potential innocence, they should have all but disappeared with that brilliant move on his part! Lol.

The video is meaningless, in this context. What matters is that there was a cop there who could say that there were two little oopsies on the bumper, not that it was accordianed.

He's probably done it before and gotten away with it. After all, the cop can't testify that the driver was uninjured since he wouldn't have given him a medical examination. We know that people can look and feel fine immediately after a crash and then the injuries become apparent a few days later.

If it was a claim for injuries, that is. I'd like to know if he claimed more than $5K in damages to his vehicle.

I don't see how vehicle damage could be 'faked' like injuries.

The thing that was stupid about Ragu was that he knew the other guy caught the collision on camera and that he was going to deny responsibility, but went ahead a filed a claim anyways? Also, I think the video went viral before he would have had a chance to ever visit a clinic where he could get checked for injuries, even fake ones.

So I think there's another "collision" that he's claimed which is the source of the fraud charge.

They were doing it all the time. Hmmmm.... Could account for the several "license plate infractions" he had, no?
