So my fender flew off my bike on the 401 :/

So on Saturday I had already been out for a while riding then I was 401 wb before going north of Mississauga. then before hurontario I was in the left lane and my left fender fly's off, I pulled over walked back to get it I had to stick it under my right arm to get back home (mavis and burhamthorp) these fenders have seen WAY better day they have already been repaired multiple times and I don't feel like trying to fix my quicky rattle can paint job I did last summer so I frankin stitched it with a boot lace adds character.

it's been fixed a few times

Nice. Add a backing plate, then lace it up....with ABS cement if it's ABS fairing....or epoxy or something to glue the backing plate to the fairing.

Heat weld it, if you have a heat gun and skill. Or find someone who can. Anything else will just let go, sooner or later ....

fiberglass doesn't work very well for plastic repair. Tends to separate from the plastic.

That piece is no fender. Might as well call it a guitar, same difference. Bootlaces are a good string in a pinch I'll grant you that. 5/10
