So I got rear ended on the 401/400 south ramp :(

I hope that the police follow up and throw the book at her right along with her insurance! Did you happen to have any witnesses that you can use? That would definitely help the case as she may deny everything and say she's never heard of you and then it can become a he said she said kind of ******** game. Anyway glad you're alive and able to walk away, and keep us posted to your progress!

maybe I am reading too much intothis, but I don't see bumping either as acceptable. Either way the rider/driver could lose control and crash... maybe a baby/child is in the back of a car and a bump can still be problematic.

Nowhere in any driver manual/training does it condone pushing a slower vehicle out of the way by way of bump, nudge,...

Either way,what happened to the OP is rediculous. Hope the driver receives what is coming to her in penalties/fines

Kudos to you sir for not losing your **** after bumping you and then again for running over your foot. If it were me in your situation I would have said "**** work" and followed her until she stopped somewhere but that's probably bc I've got a crappy job:)
 
Police report. ASAP. People who drive in a patently dangerous manner need to receive correction from the legal system.

Also, criminal negligence causing bodily damage? She deliberately ignored the law and acted in a way that she KNEW would put you in danger, twice. I hope they throw everything AND the kitchen sink at her, maybe it'll knock some sense into her obviously empty head.

People like her are why we can't have nice things.
 
My guess is that the Police wont do anything other than possibly call her. Without a witness or proof they don't care. It's her word against yours. All she has to do is deny anything and she gets away with it.

I hope the OP does get justice though.
 
First off all, you could have died being rear ended by a car. So fortunate you didn't go down.

Second, im amazed you were able to keep your cool after pulling up to her. I would not be able to especially after the attempted murder. Yes, it is a weapon and it can cause grievous and bodily harm.

Do us all a favour and post up all her details once you get it. Good luck..

OP needs to invest in an escape tool. Glass punch, seatbelt cutter, and folded blade.

I'm pretty sure the OP will get nothing from this and the women won't get charged. At this point it is his word against hers. If she says she knows nothing about any accident, that's the end of the "investigation". I've seen it happen. Never let the other driver leave the scene unless you have other witnesses.
