Thank god you are still able to tell this story. You on the other hand have proof with your back tire and foot. To bad you don't have witness as this person should never be able to drive a vehicle ever again. Sue her for all she's got and make sure they revoke her license.

This is one of the few times I'm cool with the Internet Lynch Mob. What everyone else said! Get the cops to throw the book at her and don't forget to extract your pound of flesh (cash munnies) too!
 
I think I would have hopped off my bike, hopped in her car and called the cops from her car.
 
Good advice in this thread thus far. Keep us posted. Unfortunately, many motorists don't care about motorcyclists and think they can get away with this foolishness. Just make sure that everything is documented. A consult from a lawyer wouldn't hurt.
