Slip on's

I wish it was good enough for you when I posted it on Post #12!! :) J/K I know we posted at the same time and I'm sure you missed it. ;)

The adjustment is actually easier than you think. You can do it on your own easily. Much easier than installing a slipon... I'm not sure if you've noticed or if you knew, but you have to cut your pipe to install the slipon on the sv!!

Thats a great article. Just not sure if I trust my mechanical skills enough to mess with electronics :( changing a tire. installing slip on, fender eliminator ill try it all but. This stuff I worry about screwing it up more. lol

Maybe I'll try to get Cycle Improvements to dyno it and set the TPS all at the same time in the spring? What would these kind of adjustments run for? $$$

I must have missed it lol still kind of new to the forum.

Great reads and probably will have to give it a try! Most are saying just invest in a power commander and be done.

Lots of links to read for when the riding season is done :)

thx

No worries :P.. Anyhow I could be wrong but I don't think the power commander addresses the issue with the throttle response at lower speeds. Enjoy the reading, and SVRider has tons and tons of info and some knowledgeable people on there.
