should we take our bikes out?

Oh yeah, you were good baby.

(cracks beer)

So was I.

:p :D ;)

Simple run, something to "wet the whistle", Forks and back. Was a great feeling to feel/hear the 9 fire up first shot without any bit of hesitation. Got on a felt as if i'd only been off a few days. New summer and winter gloves both worked out well. Boots need more break-in, shifting required concentration.

Other then that t'was a great ride. Saw a few other nut-jobs out, too. :lmao:

No one at work tomorrow will need to ask if I got out for a ride. They'll just see the smile and laugh. ;)

Me and the GF Xtina got a ride in today! God I love the power the bike makes in the cold weather, brought the front up in 2nd gear a few times, unintentionally! The road conditions made for some fun riding, on Leslie the little twisty bit as you're heading north out of town, got up some speed, came over the little hill, leaned her over and... water, all over the road! lol. Better than salt dust for sure! Didn't lose traction though, woot :)

Only put on about 150km's today, bike ran amazing, glad to get some fresh Shell 91 in her :)

Why are you sitting on the girls bike and your girl sitting on the mens one?

How does she like the VR-Pro gloves? Love mine.

She loves em! Soft, flexible. I've ordered a pair for myself, as soon as they get in the white and blue ones :)

Got out again yesterday on my 650R for about an hour, busted around to some local dealers and then for a little jaunt on 80km/h roads - there is still a lot of gravel on those roads especially in small towns, but take it slow and you're golden.

Got home and fired up my '79 KZ400 for the first time in almost a year, started and ran like the day I put her away... God I love this bike, but insurance is just too much.

Agreed. There was zero time required for break-in with these. They're more comfortable than any glove I've tried. I had a small problem with one of the plastic cinching buckles breaking, but Jimmy made it right with free metal replacement buckles. Top notch product and service.
