Shopping for a womens bicycle!

The only thing I saw in the specs that threw up a flag is the non branded hubs. For the use they will get they'll likely be fine. Worst case, half decent Shimano 7s 700c wheels are cheap and plentiful.

And the new Cannondale Quick7 is in my garage, took it around the block for a couple laps, should be a good tool for the job.

Gears bike store said bring it back after a few rides and get it reset for cable streach, it has a lifetime adjustment warranty program. Not bad for $600.
Store was no contact, went in to discuss the bike with 'the guy' , he took it in the back to set everything and inflate the tires, put on a bottle cage. 15 mins later took my CC and set it in the back of my truck. Quite painless.

last bike I bought new was a Bianchi from Port Credit cycle, champagne gold with a new frame material called CroMo tubing. I think that was way before service plans. Possibly before automatic transmissions were standard and a standard was an orderable option. This is new teritory for me.
