anyone know of a shop that will mount and balance my tires using OE style weights rather than the stick on ones?
if i have to ill get it balanced with the stick on ones then order the OE style clamp on ones and put them on myself.

What wheel / mfg is the bike from? year etc.

Not everyone uses the same OE wheel weights. Like a F4i can have the clipped weights on the center portion of the rim, a lot of other bikes do use stick on wheel weights, like kawi's / suzuki's or ducati.

Unless you have a spoked wheel and want spoke wheel weights?

Riders choice and rosey toes still use clip on wheel weights. I have some clip on weight if you want it ...its yours.

Any specific reason why?? Is it a show bike?
no its not a show bike, i just prefer the OE style ones.

sorry, i really should have said what it is.
09 600rr, it uses the clip on ones you mentioned.

riders uses stick on, so does pro 6...ive checked with both shops already.

Don't want to turn this into a debate but I've got a NoMar set up and have been doing my own tires for years and prefer to use stick on weights for a number of reasons.Mostly I use them because they don't scratch your rims taking them on and off,if you clean the rim surface with contact cleaner before applying the stick ons ,they will never come off.Stick ons can easily be cut into halves and quarters to get a more precise balance and can be painted with a spray bomb to match your rims before applying so you wont even notice them. Also much cheaper than OEM style weights. Can't think of any reason not to use stick ons.

most bike shops have a pile of oem weights next to their tire machine that they've removed from other bikes and I'm sure they would use them if you specifically asked for them.

Racers use stickons. Those rim clip weights do break and fall off, they are used by the factories because they are fast and easy to add.

ill probably just go with the stick ons and paint them black to match the rims, but im also interested in those dyna beads for balancing.
i dont think i would use them, just curious how they are.

My stick ons come in black already. I never use the clip on style because as mentioned they scratch the paint going on and coming off.

Like Johnny said, why would you want to use an inferior product that wrecks your paint? Only time I've had tires swapped so far I had to pay like $5 extra to get stick ons instead of clip ons which I happily paid since I had just had the wheel painted.
