Seems like early spring this year as well!

Can't wait!

I've got a funny feeling in my pants.

Riding season is just around the corner... Another 2-3 weeks and we should be able to get out there.
Seeing all those 10+ temps is definitely a bonus. :)

I'm hopeful but let's not jinx it.

Also, the bike is in several pieces at the moment. Hopefully there's still time to fix it up before it gets really nice...

anything beyond 3 or 4 days is a complete guess, here's hoping, but they change the predictions frequently

They cant even tell the weather for this afternoon and you trust a 14 day forecast

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me 5,347 times, you're a weatherman.

Perfect, I have been thinking of getting my bike serviced for the last 2 weeks and was gonna take it in this weekend. perfect timing .. cant wait to start riding, have barely touched my bike since november.

And I need to install aftermarket levers on my bike.. manual suggests to use 3% moly paste on the bolts, anyone have an idea as to where to get some? Honda sells one with 60% moly, would that work for the clutch and brake lever bolts?

Thanks,

I remember last summer driving in my car in a rain storm and the weatherman on the news saying there was a 0% chance of rain?

not really, it means you're gullible

Hear that? It's the sound of my joke flying over your head. ;)

Im in the aviation industry and have studied (and enjoyed) weather. I can at best, take a guess as to the weather that will occur. The problem is that it's so dynamic, if you're not updating the forecast continually, its likely to change. Long term forecasts are really the best guess, but I thoroughly enjoy, as you said, when the weatherman is reporting totally the opposite of what's happening. You can't blame them though.

I understand how fast it changes but as they say "A weatherman is the only job in the world you can be wrong everyday and still keep it"

Forecast changed to snow on sat and sun

Snow always happens in March and April and even if it doesn't snow, the roads (outside Toronto) are full of sand and salt and will require A LOT of rain to clean up.

edit: Let's not forget Environment Canada's accuracy when it comes to forecasting weather two days in advance, let alone two weeks in advance. You have better odds of winning a lottery than having Environment Canada predict the weather.
