I’ll be excited when we get a T-Rex back on the planet again. I know that kind of went bad in the movies but hey lol.

How many times have you seen "Based on a true story" at the beginning of a movie and you find out the actually story is far more mundane? Hollywood ALWAYS embellishes. Bring on the giant lizards!

Might get a cuddly sabre tooth kitten early on.

Scientists find a 35,000-year-old saber-toothed kitten in the Siberian permafrost

in theory mammoths and even the sabretooth might be bred backwards in modern hosts as these were/are

The Przewalski’s Horse (or P-horse) is an ancient breed. If you were to walk around Eurasia 10,000 years ago during the last ice age, you would encounter Woolly Mammoths, Sabre-tooth Tigers and the Przewalski’s Horse.
Monarto Safari Park is proud to be home to three herds of Przewalski’s Horse, with every single horse vitally important to the future of the species.

I’d like to see a woolly mammoth or a dodo for comedic purposes.

If we get T Rex’s back they will just end up as pets for Cartel bosses.

So about 20 yrs ago a drug lord imported a few Hippos into Columbia , he went to jail and the hippos got loose . Population of about 50 out in the wild . We are planning a trip into rural Columbia to see hippos , how do you now do that ?

I think the hippos are being killed off last I heard.
I'll stick with digital versions of T-rex et al/
The latest versions of dinos are getting pretty colourful.

They are tranquilizing the hippos and doing spay/neutering to try and control population, but with Columbia being so jungle in some areas it’s hard to. I watched a video of how to neuter a hippo , it’s not like a cow .

Wayyy too much time on your hands.

On a related note Columbia is beautiful and I loved exploring there.
