There were times on this vid that the pedestrians really need to pay more attention but majority of the time this rider is just being a d*ck. Plain and simple this guy will get dropkicked but a big mofo one of these days for his stupid antics!
 
I agree that he's being an *** and one day someone will retaliate. But I don't think that he's running red lights, the traffic lights in the U.K.
( I think that's where he's from) have a different pattern to them. They go from red (at a stop) to yellow and then to green http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9qcYZZqpZE. I think they just look red because of the video quality
 
I think more people should do this. See how fast some of the pedestrians moved? He's helping them lose weight and preventing heart disease. A social benefit if you ask me.
