Very true. I'm East Indian and I love women with curvy figures, not curvy as in large, but waist and hips that have significant differences in size. Like Salma Hayek, and Christina Hendricks!
I look at girls like Kate Upton and her waist and hips are the exact same size.. so unattractive to me regardless how awesome her face or rack is. If those hips don't exist, it just doesn't do anything for me. Men are supposed to have the same size hips and waist, not women.
I think you are in the majority. It's me that is the odd duck.

Most girls I've know do not have both. It's hard for them to have wide waist and big boobs. I think it might have to do with muscles developing in the lower area to balance off the top

I hope you meant wide hips? Wide waist is like having a spare tire! But I find it's more of a foreign thing. Most North American girls are growing up without the hip to waist ratio that women in foreign countries have. There's the odd white girl with awesome curves but majority of them are just.. straight and narrow

Actually, to be honest Kate Upton is not as athletic as my 'dream girl' would be. She is slim for sure but if she spent some time in a gym with the weights.. bam!
