It was probably an accurate temperature measurement of the watch, and the surface of the vehicle - not of the air temperature. Same thing with your car. Though I suppose it is not accurate to say it was 67 degrees. It was too ****ing hot, basically.
 
turned on the bike for the commute home and it read 43. It was in the sun though. I'm also feeling like a bit of a newb riding with gear today. The temp wasn't too bad (407) but I didn't see a single other jacket out there.
 
The heat and humidity are completely messing with my 2 stroke commuter scooter making it run supper rich. It bogs anytime I start off the line after a stretch of WOT.
 
It was hotter walking a block to my office from my bike than it was on my bike with my gear. Air flow thru mesh is great.
 
Ask me if I'm too hot 6 months from now. At 2pm today I was out riding. Just to push it well into the absurd, I rode the single speed, and left the slicks on it. SM skillz FTW.

I did take a second water bottle with me. I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid.

Saw an older gentleman pulled off the Red Hill with his GoldWing(?), sitting in the shade on the side of the King Street off ramp. He was already wearing a T-shirt and shorts and he was apparently still too hot!
 
I can't believe I was missing ON summers for 4 years while I was in NL. Who am I kidding?! I'd still take this over daytime highs of 17°C with constant rain and fog. So it's a bit warm. Still nice to be home. :)

On a related note, when I started up the bike last night at around 6:30, the engine temp reached 36°C in under a minute. Wow. That's a first!
 
I was squid ridin' in my tank top and my flippy-floppies and it was still pretty toasty today, even at speed. Bike was hitting 90*C while doing a gentle 80 km/h in 6th gear.
 
Went out today and did some MX at Sand Del Lee after it had been beat on all day... Talk about sweat!!!
Blew a fork seal out, maybe it was too hot for the rubber lol.

My car often reads higher if it's been sitting in the sun. It doesn't mean that's the real temperature outside.

Most likely it was ambient temp. As we were in/on the vehicle (was a T-Lav) then for us, that was the temp.
Ain't BSing anyone as that gets you nowhere and I deffinately do not want to be thought of as a liar.

Asked a couple friends today, one said he saw 65, and another with a thermometer said she saw 57.9 as her highest.
