Being a mobile mechanic is one thing. Doing a certification away from your shop is illegal.

My rule of thumb;

Getting safety done to sell a bike? Go to Rosey's
Getting safety done for your new ride/purchase? Go anywhere else.

Everytime I've been there Ted has gone above and beyond with the bikes that required a safety. In one case he adjusted head bearings and in the other he lubed the chain and cleaned up some wiring for no additional cost. Say what you will about his mobile enterprises, but he has been incrediably helpful everytime I've dealt with him. Honestly, I think young, rude d-bags get treated like **** by him and thus complain.
