Saddle Bags/Tank Bags.... Suggestions (Pro's/Con's)?

it's not easy finding a trashed passenger seat eh? I've been looking for a little while and its not an item you come across too often

I know, with all the bikes out there you would think that there might be an extra seat around. lol

+1 for the Icon Tank bag and the Cortech tail/saddle combo
It was amazing how much I could carry with these bags.

I could use either the tank bag or tail bag to carry my 15" laptop to work.
But I do prefer the tank bag since I don't have to re-tie the bungee every time I take the bag off
You can't go wrong with either one.

I have used all sorts of luggage on my bikes.
Saddlebags, I hated them. they sag, uneven. Didn't fit a sportbike tail section very well........
Motopak Tail bag is a great option with around 35litres of storage.
But for my old gixxer I used a "Gears- Navigator bag" much like this one sold by TwistedThottle.

It comes with a waterproof cover, and holds a ton of stuff. They sell the same one at Royal Dist. for around 75$

I use Oxford tank and saddle bags. Kinda pricey but they are great. Found mine on craigslist.
