I literally live around the corner and prefer to drive to the Guelph location over the Innisfil one if i cant get what I need from GP Bikes. Pretty sad that their service is so bad I have to drive 2hrs to get good service when there is a location right in my backyard.

I think you're getting "service" and "product selection" mixed up.

I've been there numerous time, their service is awesome , their product selection well, what they didn't have instock they ordered for me and was available within a week.

I would definitely repeat and I'm driving there from 427/lakeshore

I was at Royal on Friday as the highway was jammed with an accident. I enjoyed my experience there, no pushy sales people, but when you need them they are there, and they had soap and towels in the BR. The other customers seemed to be getting all the help they needed. No complaints here, just wish that BBQ was on Fridays for the drive up to the cottage as both McDonald's are now closed.

I have found over the years that Royal Distributing has been very good to deal with, customer service has been fine and they from time to time have some great Red Tag Deals. I have shopped in the Guelph store but mainly at the Whitby store where Joe one of the Managers is A++
