T6 is slightly newer tech and is still JAMSO rated. The T is still OK for bikes I think though...I've put it in before. The T6 might also be on sale though, it has been before when they just showed the T in the flyer.

Edit: It was the T5 I used before not T.

Whats the diff between the T n T6?

T is just regular dino oil.
T5 is a blend of synth and dino.
T6 is full synth.

Also, the T is easy to find way cheap anywhere while the T6, not so much. T is also a little heavier than the T6 with higher cold viscosity.

From what I've read, yes. The T6 is only sold in 5W-40 as far as I know.

T is sold in 15W-40 and 10W-30.
T5 comes in 10W-40, 10W-30, 0W-30, and 0W-40.

Hey guys, maybe a stupid question but...

I was at Canadian Tire the other day and I saw some Rotella T6. But the label on the jug said "Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil". It was still Rotella T6 full synthetic 5w40... but what about the "diesel" part? Is this the same T6 that everyone is referring to (or is it the only one)?

Same and only one. A lot of the best oils seem to be intended for use in diesels.
