Rosey Toes - Ted retiring

In this case business was advertised for sale and did not include the building. I have no idea if Ted owns the building or a third party landlord.
A new landlord or tenent could mean a massive rent increase. Another mechanic I know got hit by a "New owner, new rent" clause in his lease. He was told $1000 a month to start and another $1000 each year. He bailed out.

Imagine having a brother you could sell the shop to every even year and then buy it back every odd year. The joy of commercial property rents with no LTB.
