Ya same here. Seems some people here are either itching for a fight, or just have some bad luck.I'm sure Rogers is a super scummy company, I have zero doubts about that. My personal experience, they've been just fine.
I get gigabit internet for ~$70/month. Speed is consistent and fast, maybe goes down a few times a year for no more than 30 minutes. I send them a message on Facebook once a year to reup my discount. Zero fuss
Ive had Rogers pro rate my lower rates for a few months where they ****** up. Never an issue. As for not dealing with the level 1....I’ve never had to go above that level. I just treat them like human beings.
