The site is down apparently. Stay safe out there people.
It is acting weird.
Even after I read my PMs the notification buttons says I have new ones still....and after I sign in, it says I used the wrong password...then I refresh and what do you know? I am logged in. And whenever I try to quick-reply, the page drags all the way to the very bottom and I have to scroll back up to the quick-reply box and attempt again.

Yep, or CMD+R in Firefox on a Mac. There's something going on with caching lately
