Riding in full gear...

White mesh jacket, Underarmor tank, shorts, mesh overpants...

I'd rather sweat than bleed...

agreed, it was not THAT bad at all today, but it may get worse. I rode for a good 3 hours today.

im all geared up today. its not that bad
like everyone is saying...i rather sweat than bleed

I bought a jacket years ago at cycle world before it shut down. I was looking for a mesh jacket but instead I bought this jacket on sale for $600 by a company called first gear. It s a great coat for cold or hot weather as it has a bunch of vents that open and close with zippers under the arm pits, wrist, chest, and out vents on the back. If a breeze blows by it feels like the coat has air conditioning. All in a tidy neat leather coat. I like it anyways. The zippers are a little cheap though as one has already snapped off.

ATGATT like a boss.

Anyone else get stuck in traffic this morning? 401 collectors westbound, just west of Yonge (transport tipped over the exterior barrier wall).

Man, 401 westbound is just straight messed up since they started that construction, never mind adding an accident on top of that... I can't take it anymore because its brutally slow at the times I commute. Got to find another way.

Was out yesterday evening when it was still 94°F in full leathers and undersuit. I was swimming in my own sweat (how's that for a sexy image?). I will not be riding today. Screw that.

If it's too hot for gear it's too hot to ride.

I never invested in a textile jacket, I own too many leather jackets.

ATGATT

leather jacket, textile riding pants, gauntlet gloves, riding boots (with high viz jacket and full face helmet).

I shook my head at the yellow sport bike that passed me on the 401 (after cutting off a minivan on a lane change) wearing a t-shirt and beanie helmet.

I don't understand how some can ride a SS with a beanie helmet.

I admit, it was warm, but I don't ride through stop and go traffic, so it wasn't too bad. I just took off my shirt when I got home haha. I am about to start cooking dinner, so maybe I'll turn on the A/C.....

boxers, running shoes, gloves, lid.......ohh ye and some sun tan lotion

not gonna lie, days like these i wear the icon vest

No riding at all for me. Bike is in the shop :(

I went out for a ride this afternoon in my regular riding gear (mesh jacket, jeans, gloves, Doc boots). Not sure if I qualify for ATGATT status with that on or not but it sure was hot as hell!

Been following the various "Squid vs. ATGATT" threads on here as well. I'm just a noob (M2 since '08, first full season of bike ownership) and use my bike (Ninja 650R) basically on evenings/weekends for fun. Hell, I'm pretty sure I've got the infamous chicken strips since I'm no speed demon! Anyway, I have to admit that I am tempted to get a back protector vest and go full squid, especially on days like this.
