I've waited 31 years... guess another month isn't going to kill me.... but it sure hurts. :D
 
I've been waiting 8 yrs to get my bike completed - still not there yet. That's been a tough go.
 
I couldn't wait ANY longer. I went out today for 10 minutes. Had a blast. :D

You will be done soon... it's all coming together now!
 
The wife and I just got our new place confirmed in Stoney Creek, so I'll be back there this riding season for sure! Hwy 8 and Green Rd area. Can't wait for some spirited rides along Ridge Rd and my old stomping grounds! Will still need to take some trips out to Norfolk County, the roads out here are too awesome to give up that easy. :D

Oh just wanted to follow up with this...

If you wrote your M1 in the last 3 years, you do not have to wait the mandatory 60 day waiting period that you need when you first write your M1. So I can go for my M2 at any time now since I already got my M1 last year, and re-wrote my M1 this year.
 
im game anytime. I ride with HOOD and we have a great group most of the time. Willing to go anywhere. I ride the gold/black 675 and ready to ride anytime
 
I will be riding in Hamilton this spring too. I'm on the west mtn upper paradise n stone church area. I ride a hyprmotard that I picked up a few weeks ago. Took it out for my first rip today. Still very sandy out.

If any of you guys are out on Highway 20 towards Niagara or Hamilton, can you let me know what the road conditions are like? If it is as chopped up with potholes like most of the roads around the GTA, I'll hold off on getting my bike this year.

They are all a mess! I'm in binbrook, and like most places, it's a mess. This is worst year yet

there are a few riders in the SC area and surrounding parts. Always opportunity to meet up with riders at Tim's Mud and 20. Always bikes coming in and out of there, organized and unorganized rides. In the area there are some decent (not great) but enough for a few hours of fun along ridge road and into the Niagara foothills or head to the other side of Hamilton and check out the Dundas valley roads. Lots of roads to entertain you especially as a new rider
 
Oh no doubt there are folks around, just wondering if anyone was around that's on here and checks this thread, and wouldn't mind a newbie tagging along for some rides.

I grew up in Stoney Creek, moved out to Port Dover area about 10 years ago and am moving back to the city now so the wife can be closer to school....so I know the roads but a lot has changed there that's for sure. I only have one friend that rides and he rides a cruiser. It's cool riding with him but he just can't seem to keep up, and I don't even go that fast... lol
 
Keep an eye on theassassin rides they will be directed your way into Niagara and back.
 
I'd keep up to the best of my ability...not going to kill myself, I have some restraint. :D

Which might be like...................30 seconds LOL. Anyway you don't meet minimum sv650 or 600ss requirements set by assassin. Grumpy old man runs a tight ship.On a serious note RYE stay away, these rides are not for you YET.

On a side note I've seen assassin offended by what people say about his rides on here and now with comments like that one I'm wondering why? The previous post doesn't lead one to believe you all are out for a leisure cruise :rolleyes:
