i dont care about you if some driver pulled out of his shitbox and slapped me like that i will ****ing fight
win or lose it does not matter long as i tried
So is it really a question of respect or is it a question of ego?

i guess we can go back and forth but its not important to me what you would do, whats important to me is defend myself and not to take **** from anybody.
As a wise man once told me; who doesn't have issues?
I just figure that restraint is the right thing to do because the outcome is usually better, and it takes greater strength (of character). The easy thing to do is usually the wrong thing to do.
you mean like self respect and dignity? yeah i can imagine
There's a difference between restraint in beating the crap out of the guy or at least raising your hands to deflect his smack. Hell...why the heck did he even apologize? What did he do wrong?

How can she slap????
How can she slap????
Ok...you guys have gotten really carried away here. I just want to know what the guy looked like on his bike, because how did that guy just have the audacity to slap a guy on a bike with camera's rolling. I think its fair to say buddy must have looked like a *****/stupid squid and the VW wanted to look cool for the camera...
I'm quite confident in myself and very comfy having to handle a situation if it comes to fisticuffs but even I would think twice before starting **** with a dude on a bike...You never know who it could be under that helmet.
A couple summers ago I met and chatted with UFC fighter Mark Bocek at Burrito Boyz on a Tuesday night, he was also riding and was the most unassuming and soft spoken guy amongst all the other riders, even his own buddies who were all tattooed and bigger than him. This was before his high profile fights and he wasn't as well known, I was the only guy there that knew him, it made me think how he looked like any normal rider but would kick the **** out of anyone there that night, then again he'd be the last one to provoke anyone or get into a fight...
bocek rides? Wow didn't know that. What does he ride?

That's the thing. It's a wild and woolly world out there. I have been surprised by the martial arts credentials of some people I've met thru life. They never look the part. And then there's the natural street brawler under a helmet. And weapons. You don't know who you're getting. I'd rather de-escalate unless I were assured victory.
