I recently began riding again after a 10 year layoff. Not sure why, but I am enjoying it a lot more this time, which is a pleasant surprise. One thing I have noticed though is that not as many of our fellow riders nod or wave when coming across other riders. When I used to ride, I rarely had a rider not acknowledge me. I know there are times we don't see another rider in time to wave, or at times it may not be safe to take your hand off the bar, but other than that, I can't figure out why folks don't do this anymore. Did I miss a memo while I was away?
