Would I get a ticket for drinking non alcoholic beer out in the open?

I would assume no do to the non alcoholic beer being sold in grocery stores....yes I'm bored at work and would like to hear what others would say or think.

let me re-word my question then

Would I get a ticket with the said non alcohol beer in a cup holder on a bike that is popped open with a straw while being stopped in a red light?

This thread does bring a good question to mind: Was at a stag couple years ago and I won a 40 ounce bottle of rum in a toonie toss. Didn't drink at all that night cuz I was on the bike. So how did I get it home? Behind me underneath a bungee net on the seat. IMO this is not accessible to the rider at all. Could a cop write me up?

I strap a 12 pack to my luggage rack all the time. I cant imagine why it would be illegal.

As for the non-alcoholic beer, if its not alcoholic its no more illegal to consume it than pop or water.

The question is why would you want to drink that stuff at all
