I suspect the investigator has already spoken with the driver, may or may not have already gotten a statement, and if charges are required, then they have 6 months to lay them.

I bought a $200 go pro hero session a couple of months ago. I like the fact it's portable , so I can go from commuting to riding in the ganny forest with no issues.

These days I am starting to think it is a must to run a gopro all the time if you are riding to protect yourself from this kind of incident.

The way the traffic and drivers (all kinds) I am considering this for the car as well. It's getting more nuts out there, and it is not isolated. I've seen weird **** in my own neighborhood.
