Their service dept is good and the prices are more than fair.

I have a major check-up coming up in a few weeks, I'll definitely give them a try! I work at Warden/Eglinton, just a few blocks from them. Riding up to SON on the 404 was a pain.

Just bring something to read if you're going to wait for hte checkup. No place where you can sit and chill around there for a few intersections.

Thanks for the heads up! I'm willing to put up with a bit of a discomfort for good work and fair prices.

Took my M50 to Hillcrest on a Saturday...They Finished in an hour and they were all extremly nice and professional...

Gave them a chance a week ago, I had to have something fixed in a rush. They were nice, helpful and did a good job. I think they just gained a loyal customer.

Thanks again for posting their link.

In a rush eh? I called yesterday, they don't have any service appointments free until July 4th, and the person answering the phone gave me the impression that she wondered why the **** I was calling.

I didn't phone, I emailed them. And telling the truth it was supposed to be a 15-minute job that turned out to be an hour. I was kinda squeezed in between appointments and was willing to take any time and date. The mechanic did say that he didn't know how I convinced the front desk to give me an appointment in 2 days, because they are running 3-4 weeks behind. I guess I was lucky.

Knowing this next time I'll bring them a big box of Timbits. :)

+1 on Keith from Hillcrest.

+2. My V-Strom was expertly repaired there, after a gent in an Audi rear-ended it.
I am totally happy with the work, and I thanked Keith for his fine work.

Since that repair, the bike has carried me from Florida to Arizona, Colorado, and Muskoka
and back with no problems except some wind and snow, which I don't blame on Keith.

+1 for Keith.
Had my DRZ400 in for some carb work. Took the bike out on Sunday, ran great!! no issues.
