I have bought a bike from Markham Outdoor Power (on 48th) and used them for servicing before (a few years ago) they were late in delivering (they claimed parts were delayed getting to them) but this was a warranty item on electrical so could have been, who knows they could have been milking the warranty program too for all I know.
I have taken the bike also to Ready and it was again a warranty item with no issues but they were on time.
Someone else posted Ken / Kneedragger and I have used his services many many times for bikes outside of warranty. I was primarily using Honda dealers only to keep the hassle out of warranty claims during the 'in servicing' ...
