Rear shock revalve

Looking for someone who can revalve my rear shock.
Or if anybody has done it and dont mind offering some insight.
Disassembling the shock I can do but as far as compression/ rebound stack arrangent is where I lack. Rebound is to fast and so is compression. Plan on porting the piston a bit.
Any help is appreciated.

Ryan Gill (Condor) who works at Pro6 can take care of that. He's always modified/serviced my customer's shocks and my own. He has the proper equipment that draws oil into the shock under vacuum ($5000 machine). He's a great guy to deal with.
