Rear set back up plates - anyone able to make them locally?

I just got my hands on a zx7r, and would like some rearset plates to either raise (or flipped) lower the pegs. Anyone locally able to make these plates?

Do you have a drawing for them? Or are you looking for someone to design and machine them for you?
