One case where this statement might even be forgivable, as long as he's unable to collect on the legit (for a change) insurance claim

Short story: Piece of scum insurance scammer. Got caught on camera and it went viral.

Lol jail over white collar crime? The laws are written by those who commit it on grand scale. Actually the video that went viral was more along the lines of him backing into a car on the 401 and trying to extort cash from the driver until he found out he got caught on camera. All in all, real fine young gentleman.
